We spent 5 weeks learning from Carlos and played a small part in transforming this heritage apple farm back into a forest, filled with native trees and plants. Carlos has been applying the principles of the Miyawaki method and has seen great success in the short time he has been working the land. The Patagonia area is known traditionally for it’s cider, and Carlos and his partner have started to make a name for themselves with the tasty products they have made from the fruit of this land.
